Ashford Young Artists, Featurebank and The Creative Collective are hosting an exhibition entitled ‘The Beatles’ from Monday 21st March to 10th April.

There will be an Open Viewing on Friday 25th March from 6:30pm to 8pm.  There will be drinks and nibbles of course.

The Worshipful The Mayor of Ashford, Councillor Geraldine Dyer will be opening the events on the night.  Ashford school and college students have submitted work of art which will be on display.  Judges will select 3 winning pieces and winners will win prizes on the night.  Ashford Folk will perform songs by The Beatles and we will also be showing the beautifully re-mastered Beatles no 1s throughout the exhibition with a special “making of” screening with producer Martin R Smith. And there will be other surprises too. Our very own Doodle Man, Sam Cox, will be doing a live doodle of the Beatles.  There will be an auction of Beatles art and memoribilia to end the evening.

The work will be in the gallery for viewing until the 10th April so do make sure to visit the exhibition before it ends.
